Mail Backup X Individual Edition

The service of stacksocial is really great, I am very lucky to come across such a good shopping site, they actively contacted me after reading my review and understood the situation to help me deal with the problem, and I am also very satisfied with the response with Mail BackUp X, after I described the cause of the problem immediately help me deal with it very well, I am very satisfied with the Mail BackUp X product! I am very satisfied with the Mail BackUp X product, my previous comment was a personal misunderstanding and I have my own reasons, I will talk to the supplier first to clarify the situation. I'm using Mail Backup X to back up several email accounts. Aside from some day one woes, it's been running perfectly for about 6 months. Originally, I had an issue where a malformed email on the email server would cause Mail Backup X to crash when attempting to export the email to a PST. I contacted support, and they were very quick to fix the issue. Backup X has totally solved my email backup problem.

Setting up the Mail Backup X Individual Edition for the local drive with the older version of software was extremely simple and straightforward. The bad part of it was that I had to write twice before getting a response from a John K. He told me that I had the older version and sent me a link to the newest version. Very strange. Whenever I have bought any software, and you download it it is always the latest version or at the very least they ask would you like to check for updates. Not this one. It says that it mirrors with pCloud and Mail and Mac. The reason I bought it was because I wanted the same copy as the local drive of my backed up emails on pCloud too, which it said it could do. But, unfortunately after a bunch of gyrations and emails back and forth with the support team. They finally came clean and said it doesn't work with pCloud. I am not sure if that is the situation with Windows. But, if that is the case, it should be in the sales copy. A very disappointed customer. I had high hopes for this software protecting my emails. But, not anymore.

This is a missing piece of my backup strategy. I'm very pleased with MailbackupX to manage my backups of Apple Mail on my Macs to take backups to my NAS and Cloud backup services. I can now easily restore emails or migrate emails from example Outlook pst files to Apple Mail. I can strongly recommend this product!

Program doesn't seem to have backup capability for active inbox, rendering it useless for my purposes. Your mileage may vary.
