I have had this item for over 2 years and still works great. It can be charged three different ways for emergencies, and every day use also. I would definitely recommend this item.

You have to crank like mad to get it to work at all. Other than that it works OK. However, the only time that I have ever used the product was during a blackout caused by a lightning strike.

With the Capital riots going on, I thought an emergency radio should be in my survival kit. Or I could be in Texas during a cold spell.

Sunlight gave it some charge, hand crank gave it charge, but the fastest charge is plugged in. This charges my phone. I'm not sure what the battery status is so, good thing it had multiple ways of gathering energy. Radio works, and the flashlight is good (not the brightest.)
