Every Activ5 exercise is customized to your strength level. To personalize each exercise, set your max power the first time you do it.
- Adopt the pose and grip displayed in the app, then apply as much pressure as you can until time runs out.
- Your max power will be used to calibrate the exercise so its challenging but achievable, helping you to get stronger faster.
- To accurately track your increased strength over time, we recommend resetting your max power every 7 to 10 days.
